We have a passion for quality, and we are also consumers of our own products. Our recipes come from a time when you could count the amount of ingredients on one hand. We produce and sell good old fashioned small-batch jam. For 2023 standards, our jams are considered "gourmet"...lol!

Though our jams are old fashioned, our method of sale certainly is not. We have adapted to the demands of modern times and are likewise benefiting from the ease of online commerce. The time and energy we save by selling online instead of attending farmers markets empowers us to produce and deliver more jam to our local customers and ship nationwide.

Apple Butter

Apple Butter Juice Sweetened

No Sugar Added (Juice Sweetened)

This delicious slow cooked Juice Sweetened (NO SUGAR) Apple Butter has no refined sugar added to it. It is the same good old natural recipe passed down for generations. This Apple Butter is not too sweet or bitter and is an East Texas favorite!

Apple Pecan Butter

Autumn in a jar! Our handcrafted jar of goodness will transport your mind & taste buds to a crisp Autumn day. This Apple Pecan fruit butter is delicious on biscuits & toast, added to pancakes & waffles, or even topped on ice cream! Yum!

Peach Butter

Just Peachy and ooooh sooooo good. This sweet & savory Peach Butter is another East Texas favorite! Try our Peach Butter with cream cheese and crackers,  ice cream or use as a glaze/sauce for chicken or pork!
